Fulfillment Policy

Order Fulfillment

Dii will begin fulfillment of orders once payments, customer info, and shipping details are complete. Typically orders are shipped within 1-7 days of the order being made. Dii uses FedEx and USPS as their primary shipping agents. Delivery times of shipments vary. Tracking numbers are issued to the customer via email.

FedEx delivery is typically 1-5 days to domestic 48 state location. USPS delivery is typically 1-5 days to domestic 48 state locations; up to 10-30+ days for international locations.These times are not delivery guarantees from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if FedEx or USPS extend the delivery time after the order ships.

After an order leaves our store, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged, a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.

Refunds are granted upon return of products in new and resalable condition. Refunds will be processed immediately after inspection by a Dii representative but may take 1-14 days to be completed and may vary depending on the refund process of the merchant service. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. 

Exchanges are only accepted for items deemed defective by a Dii representative, or, if an incorrect product was shipped. 

International Terms

Dii ships worldwide and provides costs at checkout for shipping carrier rates. All import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Dii does not provide information on what your country may charge at customs.

Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices.

If a package is lost in transit Dii will work with you to determine the best options. Shipping will not be reimbursed to the customer if the tracking history shows the order was shipped. 


In the event you placed an order for a product presently listed as backordered, standard procedure remains for Dii to charge the customer’s credit card, debit card, or PayPal account.  

Dii will notify the customer about the status of the item. We make every effort to maintain the timeline reporting of such dates for the customer’s satisfaction.

The customer will be notified when the order is ready to be shipped and will receive a tracking number for the shipment. Customers are free to contact us anytime regarding the fulfillment of backordered items during this process.
